Hi, I'm Brittany

I'm a 1200 Hour Trained,  E-RYT 500 Certified Yoga Training Facilitator and Power Yoga Teacher and owner of Lotus Yoga School (formerly Container Collective Yoga) in Lakewood, CO!

I lead trainings across the country and retreats around the world. I have loved creating community through yoga since 2014. I've traveled and lived around the world. I was a professional dancer, turned yogi that actually stumbled into teaching yoga when I was teaching dance at a college prep boarding school in central Utah in 2005. After graduating college, I danced professionally with companies in Chicago, Colorado, Utah, and Beijing.  I went to my first yoga teacher training in 2012, little did I know the impact that it would have on my personal life, outside of the yoga studio, in my everyday life. I am passionate about sharing the tools of yoga with as many people as possible. I am also a wife, a mother of 2 humans, and have a border collie/aussie. 

​Fun fact: I received a ticket to Vegas on the show So You Think You Can Dance in 2008.
