What this world needs most is connection.
Connection to ourselves and to each other.
I work with people that want the tools to transform their own lives and the lives of others.
- Join me for a Private Yoga Class or a pre-recorded On Demand Yoga Class that will transform your day.
- Participate in one of our 40 Days of Renewal or go on a retreat with me to transform a season of your life.
- Up-level your practice/teaching/leading in a 80 Hour Yogi Training, 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, or 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training program to transform the way you do life.
Are you a yoga studio owner looking to share the gifts of teaching yoga with your community and bring in extra revenue?
- I would love to bring an in person, or live online 100, 200, 300 hour yoga teacher training to your studio.
Are you a corporation looking to bring a stress management and chair yoga workshop or a 21 Day Mindfulness challenge to your team?
- Shoot me an email and we can brainstorm on a program that fits with your vision/mission.
Hi, I'm Brittany
I'm a Tier 3, 1200 Hour, E-RYT 500 Certified Power Yoga Teacher, mindfulness program facilitator, and owner/teacher at Container Collective Yoga in Lakewood, CO!
I lead trainings across the country and retreats around the world. I created a yoga community, Container Collective Yoga (now known as Red Lotus Yoga) 2014-present. I've traveled and lived around the world. I am a professional dancer turned yogi that actually stumbled into teaching yoga when I was teaching dance at a college prep boarding school in central Utah in 2005. After graduating college, I danced professionally with companies in Chicago, Colorado, Utah, and Beijing. Little did I know the impact that it would have on my personal life, outside of the yoga studio, in my everyday life. I am passionate about sharing the tools of yoga with as many people as possible. I am also a mother of 2 humans, a wife, and have a border collie/aussie.
Fun fact: I received a ticket to Vegas on the show So You Think You Can Dance in 2008.
