Everyday will start with an optional yoga/meditation practice, layered with specific essential oils to support the emphasis on each of your chakras coming into balance.
We will have yoga practitioners of all levels/ages on the trip.

If you need to cancel your participation in the trip, a full refund, minus $500 from the deposit, will be provided as long as your request is made at least 30 days prior to the trip start date. Brittany Hopkins is owner of Container Collective Yoga. As an YACEP E-RYT 500 and 1200 Hour Certified Yoga Instructor, that has been teaching movement since 1998, she creates space for students to feel comfortable and confident to stretch and move beyond their imagination, on and off their yoga mats. In addition to teaching at Container Collective Yoga, Brittany leads yoga teacher trainings across the country, as well as yoga retreats around the world.
With a background as a professional dancer and dance instructor her yoga classes are fun, fluid, and challenging, and inspire students to embody a sense of ease and unconditional love that impact their lives outside of the studio. Adam is a 200-hour yoga alliance certified teacher specializing in Power Vinyasa Yoga. Having moved to Denver in January 2020, Adam began and completed his teacher training through Container Collective Yoga during the global pandemic. He is forever grateful for the opportunity.
With a background in high impact sports as well as musical instruments, Adam understands how injuries and repetitive stress can lead to constant discomfort and physical/mental limitations. The yoga mat has offered him a place to explore these sensations with focused intention and creativity, and he enjoys sharing his knowledge with all people regardless of experience or ability. |
