Adam is a 200-hour yoga alliance certified teacher specializing in Power Vinyasa Yoga. Having moved to Denver in January 2020, Adam began and completed his teacher training through Container Collective Yoga during the global pandemic.  He is forever grateful for the opportunity.

With a background in high impact sports as well as musical instruments, Adam understands how injuries and repetitive stress can lead to constant discomfort and physical/mental limitations.  The yoga mat has offered him a place to explore these sensations with focused intention and creativity, and he enjoys sharing his knowledge with all people regardless of experience or ability.
