Aroma Flow Yoga Workshop | Thursday, December 27th, 5:30-6:30pm Greenville Club Lake clubhouse
This Vinyasa Flow Workshop is sequenced to afford an experience of the integration of essential oils, movement and breath. As the body continues to warm, it will act as its own diffuser, allowing the benefits of each oil to permeate fully. To help support the body's system to function optimally, we layer eight essential oils and blends in response to stress, increased toxin levels, inflammation and autonomic nervous system imbalance. Paired with yoga, the oils help the body and mind move toward a holistic state of being.

Yoga Nidra/Nepalese Singing Bowl Sound Bath
Workshop | Thursday, December 27th, 6:45-7:45pm Greenville Club Lake clubhouse
Late dawn. Early sunset. Short day. Long night. This is almost the longest night and shortest day of the year. It’s the perfect time to turn inward. It’s a time of tuning into a deep sense of intuition—trusting your inner voice. In a sense, it is a time of feeling your way in the dark when you cannot see where you are going. We will use this time to restore the body and bathe in the vibrations of Nepalese singing bowls brought back from Nepal a year ago! Please bring a yoga mat 3 pillows and a couple of blankets for this restorative workshop.
