Container Collective Yoga was founded in the summer of 2014: as me, my dog (Ava), and a wagon of yoga mats with FREE Yoga in the Park classes in Lakewood, Colorado. It was a farfetched dream that is now a blossoming community of incredible humans teaching and practicing from all over the world now. I am humbled and honored to lead classes, workshops and trainings through the this in person and live online platform we lovingly call CCYOGA!
