This workshop is a how-to process. A warmup is included to get you ready to execute safely and successfully crow pose, supported headstand and handstand. While the recording is 36 minutes it will likely take you about 60 minutes to give yourself time to pause and try out the poses!

Bakasana | Crow Pose
Benefits: Stretches the spine; Arm and abdominals grow stronger; organs in abdomen helped True North Alignment clues: Attention to grounding down through the 4 corners of hands into the mat and feet into each other.
Salamba Sirsansana | Supported Head Pose (headstand)
The King of all Asanas (poses) since we are born head first!
Benefits: Skull encases the brain- so this pose invigorates the nervous system and influences intelligence and intake of knowledge
Practice this pose regularly for:
1- Healthy blood flow/circulation through cells and pituitary gland and pineal glands (Our health and vitality depend on proper functioning of the these 2 glands that regulate hormone production)
