I am thrilled to offer Yoga Teacher Training Apprenticeship Programs through my Yoga Alliance accredited school, Lotus Yoga.

As an Apprentice, you will assist me, Brittany, over the course of a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training.

Who is this apprenticeship for?

Are you a Yoga Alliance 200-hour yoga teacher looking to:

• Make a larger impact within your yoga community and/or studio, and in the lives of teacher trainees.
• Start your own yoga teacher training program and/or yoga studio.
• Start running your own yoga retreats.
• Hone your leadership skills and discover your unique strengths within an intimate training/retreat setting.
• Evolve on a personal level by hearing these teachings in a different way than your own 200-hour experience, with guidance from Brittany along the way.
• Deepen your knowledge of the ancient yogic and meditation teachings. It’s incredibly powerful to hear teachings another time because they meet us where we are, always.
• Gain experience and log hours in group facilitation for your own workshops and retreats, while learning the ropes for Yoga Teacher Training programs.
• Cultivate and commit (or re-commit!) to your own sacred daily routine.
• Share the joy of teaching yoga with the next generation of RYTs.

Commitments:

• Required first meeting pre-YTT with me. Our first meeting together serves as an important face-to-face experience that will create the foundation for the entire YTT journey. We will get super clear about your personal goals in the program!
• Additional hours completing assigned readings and homework that expands on the material in the 200-hour YTT. Whether you’ve taken my YTT or not will determine the specific homework/readings you’ll be given.
• If you’re new to the Lotus Yoga program, I'll teach you the meditation technique used in the program and you will need to cultivate a daily meditation practice throughout the entire apprenticeship program.
• Each apprentice is required to attend at least 80% of the training weekends in person. There may be make-up work if you miss hours.
• You may be asked throughout the training to observe, teach classes, assist teaching concepts from the YTT — all based on how comfortable you are with the material. Apprentices will get hands-on practice facilitating concepts during the training in the studio setting!
• You’ll also get access all of my video library content. There are videos, live content and inquiry/journaling opportunities, and these sessions will be schedule on days/times that work for you and/or the other apprentice (if there are two!)

Outcomes:

• Learning the Lotus Yoga teaching methodology from an E-RYT 500 | 1,200 Hour Certified Training Facilitator with over 5,000 hours of teaching/leading.
• Build a greater understanding for how to manage groups and facilitate transformation using theories of experiential education and yoga.
• Gain insight into the skills necessary to conduct an inspiring and cohesive class, such as classroom organization, student rapport, pacing and sequencing, problem solving on the fly, holding space, language, and using your unique voice.
• Gain the confidence with a mapped out pathway to host your own yoga teacher trainings and/or retreats, or potentially open a yoga studio.
• Accumulate continuing education hours on Yoga Alliance (upwards of 100+ hours is expected).

Prerequisites:

• You must have completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training.
• You must have at least 200 hours of teaching experience within your own community. Exceptions *may* be made on a case-by-case basis.
• You must own copies of all the required readings for the 200-Hour YTT.

Investment:

• For those who’ve taken a YTT with Brittany in the past, total program cost is $2,400.
• If you’re new to Lotus Yoga and to Brittany's teachings, total program cost is $3,400.

Additional Info:

• ​Space is limited to 1 person per training to ensure maximum support to each Apprentice.
• If enrollment is full, applicants may be wait-listed or deferred until the next available apprenticeship period.
• $500 deposit is required to secure your spot. I accept Venmo or Zelle.
• Program cost does not include cost of any textbooks you may need.
