Baptiste Gentle/Yin Practices
The Baptiste Yoga Journey into Power Sequence has two distinct parts. The first part of the practice is more stirha or efforted/yang. The second part is more sukha or easeful/yin. Put all together you leave a normal JIP practice feeling balanced between effort and ease. These videos are comprised of the poses in the second half of the Journey into Power sequence with much longer holds than a 60 minute practice allows for with the intention of restoration and ease for your body, mind and spirit.
Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra put simply is yogic sleep. You won't be sleeping, but lead into a state of consciousness just shy of sleep for extreme relaxation and a subtle spiritual exploration. Research shows that 1 hour of Yoga Nidra is the equivalent of 3 hours of deep sleep!
Set yourself up in the most supported savasana with pillows under your knees, a support under your neck, something to cover your eyes with, a blanket over the top of you should you feel cold.
